Posting Data Submissions Using Paid Methods

PART 3 of Global Data EntryTraining

IX. Posting With Paid Methods (OPTIONAL but very effective)
We have presented you with the free posting tools, and now we will present you with the paid methods. The biggest question we receive is. "What is the advantage of using the paid methods?" The answer to that is that the paid methods are designed to bring the traffic directly to you, and quickly, as opposed to you trying to get the traffic to come to you by using some of the free methods, which can take a longer time. If that makes any sense the bottom line is that with the paid methods we will show you, people are going to actually look for what it is you are promoting. They are ready to buy whatever it is you are promoting, which is half the battle of marketing on the Internet.

To clarify, we are not here to make you spend additional money since the goal with this program is to have you make money. However, there are marketing methods on the Internet that are well worth an additional investment, and there are plenty of paid marketing methods that are not worth a penny. We are going to eliminate you losing money trying to figure out which are the good paid methods, and which are the bad. We are going to make some suggestions that can really accelerate your earnings to levels we have spoke about all along.

Most of the methods we will show you will not cost any additional money UNLESS you stand to gain more money in return. Exactly what this means is that you are not going to just spend some money in advance and hope it works. We will use what is called the "pay per click" (PPC) method, in which you are only charged when someone views the company you are promoting. The advantage of using the PPC methods is that the people are actually looking for the company you are promoting. As you can imagine, earning commissions is much easier if someone is ready to buy, and that is why the methods we are going to show you work.

Pay Per Click (PPC)
The pay per click, otherwise known as PPC, will have two ways to promote your companies:

1. Ad Placement Service:
What an advertisement placement service does is place the short advertisements you create, on hundreds, and even thousands of Web sites and blogs. Your advertisements will get the maximum exposure to thousands of people. This works well because you will be able to place your Ads on Web sites that are relevant to your company's product/service that you are promoting by using the account features of the ad placement service. We currently list only one ad placement service Bidvertiser. You will see on the chart below that Bidvertiser outperformed all the search engines in our study. They also were one of the least expensive when it came to our investment to use their service.

2. Search Engines:
The search engine method is the most popular and very profitable IF you are 1.) using the right search engines, and 2.) if you have the proper guidance. We are constantly checking search engine performance and will only use search engines that are making us money. We will list our research in the graph below for you to see the current performance of some popular search engines.

The way the search engines work is that you will place the company you are promoting onto the selected search engines by typing short ads, then select a list of keywords that are relevant to the company you are promoting. You then will place your bid on how much you are willing to spend on any of those search term(s) when someone clicks on your ad. You can choose as low a .1¢ per click. You are then ONLY charged when someone searches one of the keywords you have selected and then clicks on your ad.

The amount you select for your keyword bids will determine where you are in the search engine, and how often your ads will be viewed. You can change your bid amounts at anytime to adjust whether you get more or fewer clicks. You will never be charged unless someone clicks on your ad. Therefore you are only spending money when you have a chance to earn money in return. What makes a good search engine successful is when you select good search keywords you get people who are looking for what you are promoting. It is only costing you pennies when you stand to gain $20, $30, $40, or more in return for a click that cost you a few cents. This is why people have become millionaires by using the search engines.

Start up costs
All of the search engines we recommend will not have any sign-up fee. You will be required to make an initial deposit (as low as $5) to place towards your pay-per-click ads. No money is deducted from your account unless you have clicks on your ads. You are never charged service fees or account management fees. We actually have some search engines that will give you a sign-up bonus for just joining.

Sign Up Bonuses
Many of the top PPC Web sites we list will offer sign-up bonuses ranging from $20 to $50. These companies are going to give this money to you to help you in your advertising cost per clicks. We will list the bonus features offered with each program.

Here are current research results on popular search engines

*Bidvertiser 620 57 9 $328 $1889 $1561 476%

Note: You will not need to spend the amount of money we did for our research study. You can accomplish the same ROI (Return on Investment) whether you invest $25 or $2500. The above results will be different based upon each situation. These results are also based upon following the directions we provide correctly. These are optional methods only and should be done at your own risk. As mentioned several times the paid methods are optional and not required.

To properly research these search engines we used the exact same companies along with certain keywords for each of the studies. We only ran a short campaign for a company we were promoting that generated leads, which is why we did not generate a lot of leads.

* Bidvertiser is not a search engine, but a PPC "Ad Placement Service." We will explain their great program in the training, and present them as an option to advertise with.

You see from the research that we got a great return on our investment; no where else will you find returns this good.

If you look at the Google data, you see why we do not suggest Google , and why people are complaining about their program. The reason Google got so bad so quick is when they decided to charge a minimum of $10 per click, and at those rates it is impossible to make money with them. But 99.9% of work-from-home marketing companies still suggest using them. If you have any programs that suggest to use Google Adwords, DON'T

Top Picks
Bidvertiser (476%)
- This not a search engine; they are an ad placement service. The way they work is you bid per click like the search engines and they will place your ads onto thousands of Web sites. When someone sees your ad and clicks on it, only then will you be charged. This works great to get exposure and traffic to your promotion links. We highly suggest you look at this option if you are not interested in search engine marketing.

MSN (429%) - MSN is the third largest search engine in the world behind Yahoo, and Google. We have always done very well with MSN; as a matter of fact they are usually the top performer. MSN will cost more then Warplook or Search 123, but you will get the best exposure with MSN. There is no charge to join, and MSN only requires a $5 initial deposit towards your advertisement campaigns. A great choice when it comes to PPC search engine placement.

Search123 (402%)- Search123 is between Warplook and MSN when it comes to the number of clicks you will get. Their search engine is very simple to use and you can get clicks for very low rates. Search123 will require a $50 deposit towards your clicks, and once you make your first deposit, Search123 will give you an additional $20 for just
signing up.

Adhere/Enhance Interactive (392%) - Adhere/
Enhance is another very popular PPC search engine. Over 6 Billion searches a year. You can get clicks as low as .03 Cents. We also found a Bonus offer; join and deposit an initial $50.00, and Enhance will add an additional $25.00 to your account. Because Search123, Warplook, and Enhance are very close in their performances, and if you are having trouble deciding between these three search engines, we would suggest to go with Enhance for the good amount of traffic they receive.

Warplook (389%) -
We will give you insight on how to use this search engine, and some great features that they offer. They are not the busiest of all the search engines, but they are very inexpensive and produce great results. No sign-up fee, and you can open your account for only $10 initial deposit which is applied towards your ad campaign clicks. If you open your account with $25. Warplook will match your deposit with an additional $25 bonus to get you started. You will see clicks as low as 1¢; with those low rates $10 will go along way. They accept credit cards as well as PayPal, so you can use their service if you do not have a credit card.

Yahoo is a good search engine as is recommended. However, it is very hard for affiliates to get their ad campaigns approved on Yahoo.

How to properly use search engines
When using the search engines it is important to know the tricks that master Internet marketers have been using for years to create a nice income. We are going to show you the exact methods they have been using to assure you get the best chance to make a killing using these search engines.

Picking the right keywords for search engines
The keywords is what usually can make the difference between a successful ad on a search engine, or a bad experience on a search engine. What exactly is a keyword? A keyword is simply the way a person types a search on the search engine. For example, if a person is looking for apples, they may type a search on the search engine such as "Ripe Apples." The term "Ripe Apples" is considered a keyword. Many of the search engines will keep track on how many times a keyword is searched with in a month's time. You can get the statistics on any search terms for many of these search engines we will show you how.

Getting keywords with the most clicks is not always the best thing. If the keyword is too broad it may get a lot of clicks but no sales. The reason is this: for example, let's say you are promoting a company that sells apple seeds, so you choose the keyword "Apples." This gets 1,000,000 clicks in a month. Great Right? WRONG! Here is why. Let's say someone is looking for "ripe, green apples from Washington"; they then type a search for "Apples" and they see your ad, so they click on it and you get charged the bid amount you have for that keyword (10¢ for this example) so you are charged 10¢ for someone that is NOT looking for what you are offering, they are looking for "ripe, green apples from Washington", and you are promoting "Apple seeds."

A better keyword to use would be "Buy apple seeds" OR "Where to get apple seeds," etc. Yes, these search terms will NOT get as many clicks as "Apples," but you have a much better chance to convert a buyer with the more descriptive keywords. You want to be as descriptive as possible when choosing your keywords. The best keywords will have 3 to 5 words in the description, such as in the examples above. If you start getting more than 5 words in a keyword, they may not get searched very often. We will show you how to choose good keywords with a special tool we are going to give you.

SEO Book keyword search tool
You can use the same keyword research tool that Warplook will give you to use it is called SEO Book and it is simple to use. You will type a broad keyword, such as "Apple" for example, and a complete list of any keywords will show up with the word "Apple" and the amount of times it is searched in Google, Yahoo, and MSN. You will be able to find the best descriptive 3 to 5 keywords that are relevant to the company you are promoting.

Format of a search engine advertisement
There are three basic parts of a search engine ad:

Title: This is where you will catch the attention of the person searching your keywords attention.

Description: You will explain here in detail about the product(s), or services of the company you are promoting, including selling points, guarantees, bonuses, etc.

Web site URL: - All search engines will have a separate spot where you place your Web site. Since you do not have a Web site, this is where you will place your PayDotCom affiliate promotion links, or Clickbank hoplinks.

Choosing a title for your search engine ad
As mentioned in the opt-in e-mail marketing program, the title is the most important part of a search engine advertisement. This is what will either get the person searching to visit the company you are promoting, or not. We have a trick that will take a little extra work on your part, but it has proven successful. This is what you will do: when setting up your ads on the search engines, you will place each keyword you choose in the title, for example if you chose the keyword "Where to buy apple seeds," then your title would be "Where to buy apple seeds." You can add a little more to the title if you have room in the amount of space given, such as "We have them here." So your complete title would read "Where to buy apple seeds - We have them here."

The only downfall is that you will need to set up each ad in this way, instead of choosing a general title, and attaching a bunch of keywords to that title. However, the little extra work will be well worth the time you spend to set up each title with the keywords you choose.

You will have the option to put the price of the company's product in your title. This can be good, and it can be bad. The good is that you know that the person searching will only click on your ad if they are interested in the price you are posting, and this can save you money on clicks. The bad is that you will not get as many clicks from people who could possibly be sold by the company's sales page. Many of these companies are designed to sell their product/service, even if a person had no intention to make a purchase. You can experiment with this option to see what works.

Typing your description
The next part of your search engine ad will be the description. You can now list some key selling points of the company you are promoting, such the guarantees that are offered, special discounts, bonuses, and a product or service description. We always suggest you research the Web site of the company you are promoting and make notes on the selling features to add into your description.

You do not need to change the description for each title you select. When you create new titles to match your keywords, you can use the same description. It will be easy to copy the description you have created and paste it in your computer's Word document or Note Pad. After you create each of your new titles, just copy and paste from Word or Note Pad into the description.

Web site URL
As you know you, will not need a Web site, but you do have your affiliate promotion link/hoplink for each of the companies you promote. This acts as your Web site URL; put that in whenever you are asked for Web site URL, or URL. You will place the complete URL including the "HTTP://".

Placing your bids for keywords
When selecting the amount of money you will pay for each of your keywords, you will want to make sure you are bidding high enough to get the exposure you will need. The amount of money you bid per click will determine where your ad will show up on the search engine when that particular keyword is searched. You can bid as low as 1¢ on some of the search engines, and as high as you would like. The number of clicks, along with the amount of money you are being charged for each of your keywords will be displayed for you to check at any time. You can see if you are getting enough clicks by checking these stats in your search engine management account. If you are not getting enough clicks, then up your bid amounts per click, and if your clicks are costing too much money, you will have the choice to either lower the bid amount, or delete the keyword all together.

If possible, go to the search engine and search for the keywords you are using. Locate where your ad is being displayed, and look to see which other companies are being promoted above you. Make sure that the same company you are promoting is not being promoted under the same keywords this can cause issues with the other person promoting getting the sales/commissions. If this happens you have two choices:

1.) Delete that particular keyword

2.) Up your bid amount on that keyword to overtake the other person promoting the same company to get above them in the search rankings.

Funding your search engine accounts
Here is how you will work with most of these search engines you will put the amount of money you choose into your search engine account, whether you choose $10, $50, or $5000. You then type your ads, select your keywords, and state how much you are willing to spend on each click for your selected keywords. Your ads will run until the money in your account is depleted. The amount of money you have in your account, the amount you bid on each keyword, and how many clicks are made with that keyword onto the advertised site will determine how long it will take to deplete your funds. If you have $50 in your account and have bid 1¢ per keyword click, it may take a month or two to deplete your funds. If you have $10 in your account and have bid $5 per click (not recommended) then your account may be depleted in an hour.

Once your account is depleted of funds, your ads will stop, and it will be up to you to decide whether or not to add funds your account to restart your ads. Some search engines will offer an auto-fund option (not recommended) so if your account runs out of money it will automatically re-bill your credit card a preset amount to restart your ads. You should just keep an eye out when your account is getting low and refund it as needed. If you have some good ads that you are making a killing on, you will want to make sure you always keep your account funded so you do not lose earnings on your commissions. No ads = no money.

MSN Live will work a little differently. They will only charge you after you have received clicks. It is kind of a credit system, so you are charged after you have reached a certain amount in your account. To avoid running up a big bill if not watched, MSN will allow you to set budgets. You can set a monthly budget if you choose and you will not get charged any more than your set budget amount. So if you only want to spend $30 a month, then you can set that amount.

Here you will select the categories and/sites where you want to place your advertisements with your promotion link. You can change these at any time.

The best way to go about doing this is try to find a category that best fits the site you are promoting. For example, if you were promoting a company that was selling apple seeds, you would want to select "Pets, Home & Gardening"

You can refine your categories by clicking on the name of the category, such as "Pets, Home & Gardening." Then you can get more descriptive categories such as just "Gardening". Once you have refined the categories, place a check mark in the box. You may select as many categories and Web sites as you would like.

If you selected the general category "Pets, Home & Gardening," then your advertisement will be displayed in all the sub categories under it.

You can also use the "Search" feature Bidvertiser offers to try to locate a particular category that will best fit the company you are promoting.

The object is to try to find the best category, and then sub category that will match the company you are promoting. However, make sure that you are getting enough clicks to your site. If you are not getting enough clicks, then you should select more categories.

After you have selected all of your categories, click on the "Done Selecting" button.

Select the Best Location to Display Your Advertisements

The default location is "All Countries," which is what we suggest you keep, as this will assure the most amount of traffic to your advertisements. You may select particular countries to target if you choose.

After you have selected "All Countries" (default) or your particular countries click
"Next."

Setting Bids You Click you are Willing to Pay for Each Click

Here you will see a list of the "Web site/Category" you have chosen for placing your advertisements in. For the example, we selected a random category.

Bidvertiser will set a default bid in the "Your Max Bid" box, which is usually in the middle of the minimum and maximum bid per click for that particular category. You can change this to whatever you would like. Obviously, if you choose a higher amount you will get more clicks, and if you choose a lower one you will get fewer clicks.

The "Estimated Clicks" will give you an idea of how many clicks your will get on your advertisement for "Daily, and "Monthly" based on the amount of money you have selected for "Your Max Bid." Click the "Update" button to recalculate every time you change your bid price to get new estimates. You can change your bid prices at anytime when your advertisement is running.

After you have set your bid price(s), click on the "Next" button

Creating Your Advertisement to Be Placed on Bidvertiser

You will need to type the advertisement to be displayed on the categories and Web sites you have chosen previously. Here are the options when creating your ads.

Name Your New Ad - You will name this advertisement so it will be easy for you to track once it is active. This will not be displayed in your ads, It is strictly for your own tracking purposes.

Title - The title is the most important feature of the ad. Here is where you are going to try to get the person interested enough to click on your ad. With Bidvertiser you will not need to worry about keywords because Bidvertiser ads are not searched on search engines, but are instead placed on Web sites directly. You will only have 25 characters to accomplish an effective title on Bidvertiser. We suggest you make sure you try to explain exactly what it is that the company you are promoting offers. You will be able to give more description of the company's details in the description.

Description Line 1 and Line 2 - The description will be where you can mention special features about the company such as: bonuses, guarantees, coupons, special offers, and what ever you think will be a good selling point to the potential buyer. In our training we mention it is good to always visit the Web site of the company you are promoting to get these selling points.

Difference between "Display URL" and "Destination URL" Bidvertiser will offer you the choice of presentation using either a "Display URL" and a
"Destination URL".

The advantage of these options is that with the Display URL you will be able to use the actual Web site URL address of the company you are promoting, as opposed to placing your promotion link URL. Why is this important? When a person does a search and your ad is displayed, they will not see the long affiliate promotion link/hoplink, they will see the actual Web site's URL address displayed. You will still get the credit for the commissions or leads because you will be placing your affiliate promotion link/hoplink in the destination URL, which is not displayed in the search, but is the actual destination of the link.

Display URL - Use the company's Web site URL in this box starting with the "www."

Destination URL -
Here is where you place your affiliate promotion link/hoplink for the company you are typing the ad for.

After you have typed your advertisement, click on the "Next" button.

Setting Your Daily Budget

Bidvertiser will allow you to set a daily budget for your advertisements. The amount you will select will be the maximum you are willing to spend per day. Once your ads reach this daily limit, they will stop. They will then restart the next day.

After you have selected the daily budget for this ad, click the "Next" button.

Ad Manager

All your current advertisements for all the companies you are promoting on Bidvertiser will be on this page. You can edit any existing ads as you wish. You can create new ads at anytime by clicking the "Add New Ad" button in the menu bar towards the top of the page.

To get your advertisements active, you will need to "Add Funds" to your account. Once the funds have been added you will be active. You will have to do this process every time your funds are depleted.

Bidvertiser is one of the best places to place your advertisements for any of the companies you are promoting, whether it is PayDotCom or Clickbank companies. Many of our members have been doing extremely well with this low cost, high exposure advertisement method.

Your keyword will now be saved in the lower box of the same screen, as show here:

Place a check mark by the keyword and click "Continue" and you will be at the following screen:

Setting Budgets and Bid for Keywords

Campaign Monthly Budget - You can select the amount of money you are willing to spend for this particular keyword. The amount of your total budget for ALL your keywords will determine how much you will budget for each keyword. If you had 10 keywords total, and only wanted to spend a total of $100 for all your keywords, then you would want to place $10 for this keyword. However, everyone's situation is different. MSN will require at least $5.00 for you to place the ad on their search engine.

You will have the option to "Divide budget across the month" or "Spend budget until depleted."

Base Bid (CPC) -
Here is where you post how much you are willing to spend for each click, also known as CPC (Cost Per Click). MSN has a minimum of 5¢ CPC. Once your ad becomes active you will be able to determine whether this is too low, and if you chose a higher amount like $1.00 to start, you can lower this if it is too high. MSN will tell you exactly what position (1,2,3, etc.) you are in on their search engine with each keyword.

The remaining default settings will work fine.

After you have selected your budget and CPC, click "Done" and you will be brought to the following screen:

This will be the final overview of the ad and keyword you are submitting to MSN's search engine. If everything looks fine, click "Submit" to send your ad to MSN for review.

MSN will usually approve all submitted ads within 24 hours.

You will see all your current advertisements/keywords listed on the main campaign page. You can add additional companies and keywords at your own discretion.
